Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Waplify, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. “Waplify”, “we”, and “us” refers to the company operating waplify.sg.

2. The service

Waplify provides a WhatsApp automation platform that enables businesses to automate customer replies, FAQ responses, lead tracking, bookings, and follow-ups via the WhatsApp Business API. The service requires integration with a third-party WhatsApp Business Solution Provider (BSP) such as 360dialog, Wati, or Twilio.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Waplify to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or messages that violate WhatsApp's Business Policy.
  • Collect or process personal data without proper consent from your customers.
  • Impersonate any person or organisation.
  • Reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the platform without written permission.

4. WhatsApp compliance

You are solely responsible for complying with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and WhatsApp Commerce Policy. Waplify provides tooling only — we are not liable for suspensions or bans of your WhatsApp Business Account due to policy violations.

5. Subscription & billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as agreed during onboarding.
  • All fees are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.
  • No refunds are issued for partial months.

6. Uptime & support

We target 99.5% monthly uptime. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance. Support is provided via email at sales@waplify.com. We do not guarantee specific response times outside of agreed SLA arrangements.

7. Data ownership

You own all data you bring into Waplify (leads, messages, customer contacts). We act as a data processor on your behalf. Upon account termination, you may request a data export within 30 days; after that, data will be permanently deleted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Waplify's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
